A visual presenting 2 ways of drinking Calvados:

- a traditional one depicting a Calvados with a fine amber colour as the sign it has reached a certain maturity, intended as a post-prandial drink and in moments of relaxation and
- a more contemporary one in the form of a cool, bracing cocktail, for drinking at receptions and as an aperitif.

As 50% is marketed in France, in order to raise their profile Calvados brandies are targeting tourists visiting the region.

Tourism in Normandy:
- a clientele from not too far away, with the majority coming from the Paris area and Normandy itself
- a foreign clientele, with large contingents of Britons, Dutch, Belgians, Germans and Americans, representative of the leading Calvados export markets.

Launched by the IDAC, the poster campaign was focused mainly on the Normandy coast and the area’s most popular tourist attractions.
Temporary permanent street furniture posting (June, July, August) designed to be seen throughout the summer at strategic tourist spots, has been boosted with:
*160 faces during the first fortnight of August in coastal areas (bus shelters, camp sites) and with
*130 60x80cm faces at cafés/hotels/restaurants.
