AOC labels for cider beverages are fascinating in their diversity and quality.
They illustrate what men and women fired with passion are capable of producing from our local soils of Brittany and Normandy and our fruit: cider apples and perry pears.

And yet, our cider products are still not known widely enough. Every day we meet people who are under-informed about AOC Cider, Pommeau, Calvados and Domfront Perry… Including in France!

In a spirit of renewal, IDAC, the Interprofession des Appellations Cidricoles has decided to speak out again.
With the backing of producers who are increasingly dynamic and passionate about what they do, the cider-making sector has recently been a drop in the age of professionals, thereby modernizing the image of our AOC products.
This mobilization is to be seen as a much needed strength or asset … to reach out to new consumers.

That is why our future can only be a brilliant one!
There will always be people looking for pleasures and traditions that reject the "fast-track" and demand quality and authenticity…
Our AOCs are reinsurance products, 100% natural.

So these are the traditions and the knowhow that are boosting sales in France as well as export sales to places where these AOC products are well known.
